I have never felt as unsafe anywhere, as I did at this copart the loader was instructed not to use the loaders on the car I was supposed to pick up. They came around the corner with the car on the loader. The owner of the vehicle and the loader, got into an argument. I was only there to inspect the vehicle and transport it to the shop. After about the fifth time of the loader buzzing me as I was trying to load the vehicle I stopped him and informed him that OSHA required him to sound a horn as it is very hard to hear the new loaders when you have other engine noises around.. he proceeded to flip me the bird and drive off

If you have an accident, even a small one, such as hitting a deer, do not let anyone take your vehicle to this Copart. Not only did they get mad all over the interior of our truck, but they also stole things from the inside. That seems a little bit horrible, but to make it worse it appears as though they lifted the truck with a forklift and bent the rear driveshaft. This was a minimally, damaged vehicle with the keys still in it. There was no reason to move it other than by its own power. When I called I was given an email address, after two months I have still not heard back from that email. So today when I found out the driveshaft was damaged, I was told that is not their problem. Please do whatever you can to not allow your vehicle to be taken here, and if your insurance demands it, you demand that it go somewhere else.

Bar none, this is the worst Copart location when it comes to picking up vehicles. They never have timely appointment slots available, yet they still charge you storage fees. I’m beginning to think they’re intentionally limiting appointment availability to push customers into using their transportation service. I mean, how can you charge people storage fees when you don’t even provide enough appointment slots to ensure vehicles can be picked up on time? This just cannot be legal!
