We had a two tires just obliterated from hitting a culvert on our Toyota Tacoma 4x4. As soon as David arrived he had a friendly smile and I told him I needed to get it to the tire shop in Benton before they closed. David was so careful with our truck ensuring that there was no more damage as he loaded it on the flat bed. He offered us water and a ride but my boss drove us to the tire shop. David took the same amount of care unloading and was a great comfort to us as this was a very stressful and upsetting situation. He stayed until he knew we were being taken care of by the tire shop. I highly recommend David and I appreciate him helping to get us where we needed to be to resolve our tire and rim situation. I cannot say enough good things about David. He is a valuable asset to your company and deserves recognition for going above and beyond what was required. Thank you, David!!!

John from Action Wrecker came to tow my truck during rush hour traffic this morning. He was kind, patient and so fast. Didn’t just drop me off at the service shop but walked me in and talked to the worker there to make sure I was well taken care of. Very thankful for his professional courtesy and grace, he made a very long morning end on a positive note.
