He showed up quickly, was extremely professional, and handled my vehicle with care from start to finish. Tucker made a stressful situation a lot easier — he was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was recovered and towed safely. Happy Thanksgiving! I had someone park behind me in the apartment complex and leave their car there overnight, I imagine. I called a few towing companies and with the holiday several didn’t answer. Shelley picked up on the second ring and when I explained my situation was kind and told me what they could do, because as a tenant it’s the landlords responsibility. Anyway, I got it sorted out and didn’t need a tow after all but wanted to give Shelley a shoutout for her kindness and compassion during a difficult situation and on a holiday no less. I will be calling Phillips brothers for any of my future towing issues! Also sharing photos to publicly shame the person behind me lol I’m in the grey pickup

I had a great experience with this towing company, especially thanks to the driver, Cody. My car is lowered, which can make towing a real challenge, but he handled it perfectly and loaded it with no damage at all. He arrived quickly, was extremely friendly and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Cody truly went above and beyond by even taking the time to try and help me fix my key fob, which I really appreciated. He made a stressful situation so much easier. He’s an outstanding employee and absolutely deserves recognition. Highly recommend!
