Great service/people! My car battery died, and I spotted a precision towing truck not too far away. I asked the technician for a hand and he was happy to give me a jump start. In addition, he pointed out some things in the engine bay that had some wear on them; just to put them on my radar. Very helpful interaction!

Josh responded to my request for service on a Saturday, after a melt/refreeze single vehicle accident. He was on time, incredibly knowledgeable and not afraid to get dirty. He took the time to carefully remove a full sized pick up truck that was teetering on the edge of a stone wall and carefully return it to the driveway. When he left, I started the truck and drove it around the neighborhood. To my surprise, I cannot find so much as a scratch anywhere on it. No damage to underneath either. Wish I had pictures, because just stating the facts doesn't do Josh's effort justice. I happy to recommend Josh and all of Precision Towing to anyone in need of that service.

My Lexus hybrid was shut and stuck in my garage for 7 weeks during winter. Vehicle was jumped and starts but couldn’t get into gear as the battery was too dead to power the electrical components like dash, windows and there was no emergency gear release. Several drivers came to my home and it couldn’t be pulled out based on fear and risk. But Chris came and got it done patiently and professionally. He was very polite and truly did his best to assure me that he could do it, and he kept his word. Highly recommended team of specialists. Made my night, thank you so much.
