bait-and-switch "Avoid this company at all costs! They lured me in with a $300 drop fee, but as soon as I went to get my wallet, they took off and charged me $709. Complete bait and switch. Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest." This company is a scam. They essentially stole my truck by driving off while I had the keys. Then they had the nerve to charge me $709 for it. Absolute thieves. Stay away!" danger and disregard Extremely unprofessional and dangerous. They drove off with my truck while I still had the keys and then charged me an exorbitant fee.
