Stopped there three times to have them look at my truck. First day I was told the body mechanic had left for the day. Ok that's cool. I'll just see him tomorrow then. I asked if mornings were ok and they said we're too busy during the morning. So they said stop by later in the afternoon. I told them I would be back till 1630 or so. The next day, I go in and I was told he had left for the day. I asked again, what the best time would be to speak to him. I was told later in the afternoon. I asked I they could leave him a message telling him that I would be back the next day. So on the third and final day, I came back expecting to see Jeff the body mechanic and I was told that he had left early today for vacation. I told them that I was specifically told to come today and he knew I was coming but I was told he left early anyway. Wow...they didn't even offer to speak to anyone else and they didn't bat a eye that a customer wanted to do busy and I was blown off! I will never come here again and will never recommend this place to anyone!!! V/R Joe

The store is now owned by NAPA it is no longer scharf auto supply but they are carrying on with the great automotive paint supplies and parts ,and tools that make napa a legend
