Came in here after calling beforehand about a specific part, drove from Orem (roughly an hour) and then we were told that they didn’t have said item. Apparently there were two and neither of them were sold, just magically disappeared. It wouldn’t have been such a sting if they hadn’t treated us with such arrogance the whole time. We were kind and formal and simply wanting to purchase, it seems because for one reason or another they simply didn’t want our business, as they treated everyone else with more kindness and attentiveness. I don’t want to chalk it up to blatant arrogance but I heavily believe that it had something to do with my father’s accent.
