This company was quick to tow my son's car, but I need a receipt for my insurance company. I have called this company 3 times and my husband has called once. It has been almost 3 weeks. I can't get them to send me a receipt. They tell me that they need a few hours or they will get a hold of the driver and get it sent over. I'm still waiting.

If you're in need of a tow, call these folks! Our guy (Brian) came to pick us up about 50 miles outside of Salt Lake City. My wife, dog, and I were taking a cross-country road trip and had a front tire blow out. Initially we called our insurance but they took more than 3 hours to respond. Once we called Universal, they responded immediately and came out (50 miles) in about 1 hour (which was pretty prompt given the distance.) We couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

They didn't perform any services. I had a flat tire and called my insurance for roadside assistance. After a 2.5 hour wait for them to get to me. I show them where the donut and tire changing things are in my vehicle, they claim I didn't have a jack, they also said my car was too low and they could not tow it then left me. I was stranded for another 2.5 hours before finally getting help somewhere else. This whole experience was unacceptable.
