They are working with the cops to illegaly tow car and then try to keep them. Cop came to my car gave me a ticket that never showed up to my house or existed. had temporary tags they told me it was illegal and that my car had a salvage title mean while showed them my clean title and they refused to let me get my car back i payed $400. They only had the car for about 3 hours. I also saw them break my mirror with with lift and then they denied it. They refused to take card payment only cash and said they would email me a recipe and never did.

Absolutely horrible customer service I called to have a car be towed that was blocking my driveway and they never came. A guy picked up that seemed like he was sleeping, got my address and the car information and said they would be there in 30 minutes. Hours passed by and turns out they never came and the guy or woman just walked off with their car @ 5am. This sucks because I could’ve possibly called any other towing company and they would’ve got the car in the normal time. I had to drive around for more than half an hour to find parking knowing I have my garage. I called in the morning to get information about it and they never got back to me! Till I called again at night and someone gave me an answer. DO NOT call these people. I’m pretty sure another company will work faster and actually want to work because they clearly don’t.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AT BEST. NO ONE ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE AND PROMISE TO KEEPry ME POSTED. PRAYING TO GET MY STOLEN VEHICLE BACK FROM EVERYONE
