Some shady business going on with Nicely’s Towing be warned. My husband went to pick our car from their tow lot on 7th avenue and the elderly woman that runs the cigarette pit of an office building told him the business was cash only (while sitting next to what appeared to be a card reader) and when he walked out after telling her that seemed ridiculous to find an atm she chased him into the parking lot and told him our bill had jumped from 125 to 150 for “slamming her door”<br><br>I returned to pick it up that evening and when told the total I explained to her that is absolutely absurd to add money onto someone’s already outrageous tow bill for supposedly “slamming” a door. She promptly told me she didn’t have $10 in change. I asked her to explain to me how a cash only business doesn’t have $10 worth of change and she couldn’t. They have the morals, attitudes and business model of crooks.

Nicelys towing should be called meanlys.<br>My gf and I, parked her car in a Marshall university parking spot, (she has a permit)<br>Marshall had a bball game that was going to start soon that we were unaware of! It was 6 when we found out the car was towed, they towed it at 5!<br>We were an hour late and still had to pay $125 in cash!<br>The heavy set man was rude! And could have cut us some slack, since it was ONLY TOWED FOR AN HOUR!<br>While we were waiting for him to show to the towing, he pulled into the driveway with a car on his truck, while pulling into the yard, he bumped the tail end of the car on the ground so I feel bad for the owner of that one!

Freeloading joke of a company. They tow people off an app they don’t even know how to work. They say “$125” and then offer “$100” to be nice. Owners need a new career or a lifestyle change if they can’t work the app right and charge people accordingly.
