Alex Ly is the best! That man works at one speed and it is efficient! He went above and beyond. I felt heard, appreciated and well-educated on my car purchase. I went to multiple dealerships before him and the experience at River City was night and day. Alex is the best! Highly recommend 10/10. The experience I had with River City Subaru was absolutely the best. Alex Ly was able to answer all my questions about my crosstrek, was proficient with each feature and made me feel at home throughout the process. Malorie was beyond helpful with the finance side ensuring I was able to get the best deals possible on ONLY those extras that I felt were best for me. She, too, made sure I felt like a member of the family. Ryan in service has been stellar ensuring that all service needs have been covered and that things are done in a timely manner. This dealership/service department went above and beyond to take care of us when we were stranded on the road on our way to our anniversary get-away. They gave us a loaner vehicle and said "go enjoy your trip", knowing that we were going further out of town still.<br>Josh, the lead technician built our trust in him and personally invested himself in finding our ongoing intermittent issue that we had taken in to 3 different shops already with no luck - I believe he most likely found the root cause this time.<br>Thanks again for everything guys! Even though this is out of town for us, we will be back to this dealership when we are in the market for a new vehicle again because the way they treated us.
