I hate to leave negative reviews and only do it when I’ve truly had a horrible experience. This specific store, told me that they would be able to source 250 pound bags of rock salt from the Kingwood store. They insisted on charging me and not waiting until the order was fulfilled. Then I called later that day and find out that they are unable to fulfill the order. They told me to go to any advanced auto parts store, to have my money refunded, even though no order was ever fulfilled I believe the gentleman Adam is the one who gave me misinformation both times.<br>Save your time and money and go to the store On Mon boulevard

The people here were so amazing our alternator went out on our way to Florida. We were already tight on funds and my daughter was beyond stressed. Kadence and Adam saved us.<br>She called a mechanic that was a regular there, told him our situation. Not only did he come after 8:30 at night, but he bought the part for us on his account to save us funds and then put it on for us for what I know had to have been a discounted price. They went so far above and beyond for us, I am so grateful to the store into these people. They were absolutely amazing and made our trip a success. My daughter and grandkids are now safely in Florida and I am back home in Pennsylvania. I will probably go out of my way to go to the store again if I ever have the opportunity.

Great store, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. RJ goes above and beyond helping clients and the newer staff all at once while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor. He has helped me multiple times and has always done a stellar job.
