All of the current employees (Feb 2026) know their stuff. Give em a break while asking for vehicle details, bring your vin if possible. But if you give them the right info, you get the right part. Never had to return anything besides cores and a wheel lock socket that I was guessing on. (Not their fault at all and they let me choose between the stock they had) . Excellent customer service and honestly they treat you like humans there. Would recommend over napa if you're in wellington!

I received excellent assistance at their counter this evening replacing a bad battery. They first helped me confirm that my battery was completely toast. They also helped me replace it and it was a pain to do because of the position in my car. It was also getting dark and the gentleman was very patient and made sure it was completely done right. Thank you very much for your assistance, you saved me a couple hundred dollars from paying a mechanic, cheers!
