Do not buy from this place, they are not honest and their parts don’t work! I drove 2 hours to buy a transmission that I did not use asap but since<br>I found it I wanted to buy before it was purchased from someone else. So now that I installed to car I needed for it DONT work! Sales man Angel guarantee To me it was a good working transmission. I was worried cuz it was not a cheap one either I paid $1468.13 for it. When I called about issue they denied my return I did not want a return I wanted at least for them to replaced it with a working one. They told me it had pasted the 30 days and that it was a me problem for not buying the 60 day warranty. I was mad bcuz I told them Angel the sale man never offered me a 60 day return warranty. I ask for a manager they transferred me to AL I believe was his name n I was I don’t have receipt he was like well if you don’t have it I can’t help you. I’m like on I’m look for it but I explained to him it was past the 30 days and he said as long as I got receipt with invoice number he was gonna help me. Well he a lier like everyone who works there! I called him this morning and he said oh I can’t do nothing it past the 30 days !!! Basically he told me same thing his co worker said to me yesterday and I told him you need to train your people better to offer the 60 days warranty bcuz I was never offer that and he said he can’t believe me when his co worker ANGLE had already admitted to me he did not offer it to me! They did nothing to help me in this situation bad customer service. Everything here is junk that don’t work now I’m stuck with a $1468 transmission that don’t work!!! DO NOT BUY IF THEY TELL YOU IT WORKS!!!!!
