Drove 4 hours from Orlando after being told the fender was in perfect condition. When we arrived, it was scratched and had a dent. Complete waste of time. Extremely misleading and dishonest seller. Would not recommend.

Paid ahead and was told that the part would be out once I arrived. Instead I had to wait for them to take it out and the person made a bunch of excuses. Then once they had the part out they tried to sell me a tampered seat belt(see picture).<br><br>EDIT to the owner's reply:<br><br>The order was placed at 1:34PM, 3.5 hrs before you close, with an assurance that it would be ready the next day. There was no mention of other orders or too late in the day, just that it would be ready.<br><br>Your salesman did not try his best to help the situation. Instead he said "too bad" and moved on (you can check your cameras for that).<br><br>Regarding the retractor, the picture shows it clearly had a piece cut off and your salesmen handed it to me as if it were fine. There was no check on your businesses part to verify that the product was in working order.<br><br>Your reply is just more excuses rather than taking responsibility for your employee's actions and poor service.

Customer service sucks. I needed a copy of an invoice. Guy that answered the phone started with asking what we bought. Hmmm, I don't know because I don't have the invoice. I told him I don't know and his response was "Do you know how many invoices a day I do"? This is where my attitude went south. I told him the day of the transaction and the amount our card was run. He proceeded to tell me he did not have an invoice with that amount for my company. I replied with "then why do I have a charge for this on my cc statement with your company and phone number. He responds again with "I don't have an invoice for that amount for your company" all with attitude, so I gave him attitude right back and hung up on him. He then calls me back and says "Is this the lady with the attitude? Hmmm my attitude really?? He tells me that he found the invoice, I gave him our email address and still didn't get it. Why did you even bother to call back. Some people should not attempt to do customer service...Fail!!
