If I could give Crazy Ray Auto Parts zero stars, I would. This was an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience.<br><br>They came to my parents’ home to pick up my dad’s vehicle after the engine went bad. From the moment the driver arrived, his behavior was unacceptable. Instead of focusing on the job, he complained repeatedly about his day and his boss, brought his personal issues into our home, and showed a clear lack of respect while on private property.<br><br>He pulled into the driveway with a bad attitude, barely made an effort to handle or inspect the vehicle, and acted as if doing his job was an inconvenience. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect shown to my parents.<br><br>If this driver is not addressed or removed, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Customers should not be treated this way—especially in their own homes.<br><br>I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value professionalism and basic respect.

I wish I could just call and speak to a person. It's a joke. You get transferred 20 different places and no one can help you. There are 50 different damn models for my car. God forbid an actual person answer the phone. What a joke.
