New York’s Best Towing Company!!! My car is a new push button start & I lost the key. No way to start AT ALL, the car is a rock. I shared these photos below with Owner telling him this was going to difficult and this is the path we will need to take. He confidently said, “we can get it out” I was skeptical of his confidence. Boy I was wrong!<br>Ray showed up and brought Jonas to help since it’s a 3 man job. We got this thing out and it didn’t take that long! Ray brought me and car over to dealership and gave me a lift back! They were kind and efficient and professional. Support these guys! They are a family business and very good at what they do.

Hook & Go towing was extremely prompt responding to my tow request. They were professional, very careful loading my Vespa onto the truck, and took the extra pieces that were broken off to the dealership for me. I could not have had a better experience. They wished me a speedy recovery from my accident. Highly recommend this company.

Kind helpful service, very quick to get us a tow and called tire company for us to ensure they would stay open to fix our flat. No attitude / answered all my questions when I called back multiple times. Thanks again! Will call this place again if we ever need service to tow.
