I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others.<br><br>Before pickup, I spoke with the owner by phone and text and fully disclosed everything wrong with the vehicle. We agreed on $650 in advance, and pickup was scheduled for 11 AM. They showed up late and kept pushing the time.<br><br>When the driver arrived, he briefly looked around the car even though nothing had changed from what was already disclosed. During this time, the title was accidentally dropped and almost blown away, and I had to grab it myself. It may have been a mistake, but it immediately made me more cautious.<br><br>The driver then said he could only pay $600, despite the prior agreement. I called the owner, who denied ever agreeing to $650, even though I have proof of that agreement in our messages. After more back and forth, the owner suggested $625, but the driver admitted he only had $600 in cash, making it clear that this was the plan from the start.<br><br>The most concerning part came next. After exchanging the cash and title, I asked the driver to write something on the title or provide documentation so I would not be liable after the sale — which is standard procedure. He became irritated and said, “Give me the cash back.” Assuming this was part of canceling the deal, I handed it over.<br><br>Instead, he walked away with both the cash and the title and headed toward his car. At that point I had to immediately follow him and confront him. Only after I approached the vehicle and made it clear I was not letting this go did he finally return the title through the window.<br><br>I then had to argue just to get a bill of sale, and even that was done incorrectly. The entire interaction was chaotic, misleading, and felt unsafe. The driver was arrogant, and the owner on the phone was dismissive and unprofessional.<br><br>This company changes prices, lies about prior agreements, and handles titles and money in a way that no legitimate business should. Be extremely careful if you deal with them. I do not recommend this company.
