I spent this last weekend in San Francisco exploring and visiting for the first time with my best friend. We unfortunately got towed by this towing company and were met with lack of empathy and unresponsive customer service. I had never been towed before and was stressed and over whelmed to find my car was gone and we were stranded in the middle of San Francisco alone, two 20 year old girls in a city we’ve never been. I had to uber to the tow yard and tried explaining my situation after it had only been at the tow yard for maybe 30 mins and was charged $680 for not even an hour in the tow yard. I feel that my vulnerability and obvious anxiety was taken advantage of because after i anxiously explained the situation i was met with “Well we were called by the market , cash or card”. I don’t expect to be let off the hook but $680 is completely insane. In this climate, the lack of empathy or compassion that goes into charging me $680 to get my car out of the tow yard that had only been there for 30 minutes is astounding and disgusting. After sitting in what had just happened, i realized that me being a young girl with no other option but to pay up was an abuse of power.

Tuesday 3/21/2017 1 pm<br>B&A Body Works & Tow:<br>PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, REASONABLY PRICED, & the Tow Truck Driver, who is a GENTLEMAN!<br>Bob gave me "5 STAR SERVICE!" The B&A Towing price was very reasonable. I called at least- 15/20 places before contacting B&A Tow.<br>The people, who picked the telephone @ the tow truck service companies were: quite rude, impolite, and they didn't "have the time of day for me!"<br>The prices, which I were quoted- for an EXTREMELY SHORT TOW- 3 1/2 blocks, were absolutely & outrageously expensive! They were definitely taking advantage of me- in this situation, & were PRICE GOUGING.<br>Unfortunately, I have to move my Honda, from one repair place to another. I went over to the place - @ around 10:40 a.m. this morning. I needed to pay off my balance, & more importantly get possession of my car back.<br>I had called on Monday 3.20.17 @ 4:50 pm. We agreed on a "1/2 Hour- Open Pick Up Tow Window." I spoke with "BOB" the tow truck driver, on Tuesday 3/21/2017 @ 11:23 am. Bob said, he was going to be there in 5 minutes. He was at the place in EXACTLY 5 minutes! Unbelievable!!!<br>From the moment, this B&A Towing experience starting, I received "5 Customer Service from Bob. He was: PROFESSIONAL, courteous, decent, polite, & well-mannered. Bob knew the importance of face-to-face customer service!!<br>I would WHOLE-HEARTEDLY recommend using B&A BODY WORKS/TOW services for your next unfortunate emergency roadside assistance.<br><br>Cobalt D Corazon aka- Lawrence D Janssen

Terrifying experience…. I asked them to help jump start the car. During the work, they dropped a screwer in my engine. I think It’s pretty dangerous to drive and wanted to discuss what’s the best way to take the screwer out, but the guy was very aggressive and just want to take the money and leave. I said please help me take that thing out, and they refused and forcefully entered my car while I seat in the drivers seat (my car still can’t be started), and robbed the rest of screwers(which is my belongs) from me, and threatened to tow away my car, and left.<br><br>In the entire process, the guy keep cursing me. It’s a horrible and terrifying experience. I would never want to go though.<br><br>Btw, they charge $120 for jump start, while the other companies charge $80/85
