Customer service is in need of improvement. My experience was not a pleasant one. The parts person, Sam was rude and audacious. I asked a question about the compatibility of the truck part that was sold to my father and his tone was one of annoyance, like he couldn't be bothered with me. He went on to tell me that the mechanic was being lazy. After about 10 minutes of talking to him, he asked me if I spoke Spanish. I told him that I spoke both English and Spanish. Without any explanation, warning,.or reason he called over one of the workers that spoke Spanish and had me speak to him. This isn't a good ot effective way of doing business nor is it respectful. A simple statement such as, "I don't have the answer you're looking for" would have been better than what was done. Now my father is stuck with a truck part that isn't compatible.

A friend referred me here to junk a car. Was given a price and told they would pick it up today. Haven't heard anything all day so I called to have a rude woman state she "don't know nothing about it and they won't take it". I said I spoke with a guy yesterday that said $500 and would pick it up the next day. She just kept saying yea no.

Bought Kia engine and transmission and it worked great , every place else the price was way more these guys are awesome
