Horrible customer service( with the exception of the young lady who works in the morNing) …unreliable… no compassion or courtesy… very condescending.. scam!!!! Not only did they fail to pick up my toe. They caused my car to get towed by a whole Nother company that I now have to pay for and have yet to receive my refund or even get a call back from management. I’ve been calling for consecutive days with nothing done. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not use this company for anything!!!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews first and save time. I’ve reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as well and found out they’re not not even a credited by them. And I can see why. If they failed to reimburse me for my storage fees, and for my Tow, I will be taking a civil suit call them and I We go further if need be, especially after that rude receptionist!!! It cost nothing to listen with sincerity and to have compassion. Don’t cut a customer off when they’re trying to express their concerns off money that you owe to them.. And especially since I am a blogger, and actress they really should watch who they mistreat

Beware! Their driver damaged my garage and now they’re avoiding me and I have a hole in my garage wall because of their driver. Now I have to see what my options are because they keep avoiding me. My service was 5/28/24 and they will not take care of the damage their driver caused!!!
