Excellent company. I have called them numerous times when I am having trouble finding a part. Scott is always willing to help me even if Im not ordering something. I couldn't do my job with out these guys! Their products are excellent and their prices are unbeatable with exceptional customer service! I will always use Absolute! Thanks Guys!

I inquired about getting a price on a part thru their website. I get the price the next day with that same part number on the invoice. It took them 10 days to locate and remove the part which in my opinion is excessive but no big deal.<br><br>I receive the package finally, part looks similar but is not the same, the part number is completely different and the part does not fit. I send an email and the response I get is "that is the only option we have, we can issue a refund". You sure will. Will you also issue a refund for the time lost of the machine being down for almost 3 weeks while we counted on you to send the part we inquired about after you confirmed you have? Very bad experience. Big waste of time.
