December of 2021 my jeep was towed to Chancey's. They allowed someone to go in my jeep to get something that didn't belong to them without my permission. I didn't make a big deal about it but now I'm wishing I should have. Because my husband was pulled over driving a buddy's car he had for the weekend and because I'm not the registered owner they won't allow me to get my son's bookbag or my daughter's stuffed animal. That's all I wanted and the white lady was very rude and wouldn't let me speak to the manager. My son had to go to school today without his bookbag. Seems like a lot of unnecessary steps and could avoid getting my lawyer involved and the school involved, if I have to repurchase everything that was in that bookbag my lawyer will see Chancey's reimburses everything
