Waited in line for an hour to finally get my brass and copper weighed, got my ticket to get paid, went to go get paid, and they decide to close before I got up there. I wasn't the only one either. So, they took my metals and gave me nothing. Said I had to come back Monday to get my money. I will probably be taking my business elsewhere. I don't live that close to Grade A but I pass up other scrap yards and go out of my way to take my business to Grade A. I am a loyal customer and believe in showing loyalty to those that earn it. Grade A used to be the best scrap yard around but lately has gone "down hill". I'll be going somewhere else next time. Why is the scale open and weighing customers if the girls in the office have closed and not paying for the scrap they just bought. That's bad business.
