Went to get a part and when I called to see if it came in was told "what do you want? I asked , what do do you mean, what do I want? Got hung up on. Called back after picking up the part to let them know it was the wrong part, only to be told "oh well," and was transferred to someone else. This place definitely needs customer service training. I've worked in customer service 30+ years and would never speak to anyone like that.. Spoke to the manager, that tried only making excuses for the employee and not taking responsibility for the poor customer service
