Devaugn Williams deserves 5 stars! He called me within MINUTES of my request thru AAA and showed up at the EXACT time he quoted me! You NEVER get a tow truck that shows up ON TIME! He was highly professional and efficient. He could tell I was very panicked and concerned about what expenses I may incur due to what happened to the car. He was very kind and did his best to help me cope with the stress I was trying to deal with. I watched him as he loaded my car and he took extreme care so as not to scrape the undercarriage of my very low car. I would happily recommend him!

Tried to schedule a pickup for a certain time through insurance. Got a notice they would arrive before my appointment time. Then a second notice they would arrive almost immediately. When the driver called, and I let him know i wouldn't be available until the appt time he got cross with me, cancelled the appt then blocked my attempt to call to confirm.
