Customer reviews of Rainbow Autobody Parts in Sacramento, CA
4.4 stars based on 13 reviews- BBernadette Meyer
It was great doing business with Rainbow Autobody Parts. I ordered a part for my husband’s car and it arrived 2 days later. I will do business with them again anytime. Thank you I appreciate you.

Do not do business here. We purchased an $800.00 bumper cover, we thought. It was to be shipped via Greyhound, we asked this business to provide us with a tracking number to confirm shipping after we submitted payment through PayPal. A week later, the business refuses our calls, as well as to the cell phone number attached to their PayPal. We are filing formal complaints both through PayPal and ebay associating this business as a scam.

I don't know much about parts, but the owner didn't take advantage of that fact. With sincere honesty, he advised me on what parts I needed and gave me a great deal. I wouldn't recommend any other place.
