That she hanged out !! and ended the call directly!! I was still there and I had another question for herNot a professional behavior!!<br>My message to the business owner! Pay attention to the costumer service on phone calls ! Choose the right person! Or you may lose costumers / like you did today!<br>Never use there services again!

Always great parts and usually good service. Unfortunately sales may be understaffed now. Spent 10 mins on hold. When I finally got through the sales person hung up in 3 seconds. He may not have been able to hear me because of an issue with my Bluetooth headphones, but it was very frustrating I had no chance to fix it and wasted 10 minutes of my work day. A little more patience from them would be appreciated, especially when their wait times are this bad.<br><br>Great parts and service usually. Hope they can fix this so I can buy again in the future.

You guys need to work on phone etiquette. You immediately put people on hold , then 10-15 minutes later answer , and half the times I get put on hold a second time , then get hung up on .<br>It’s getting old .
