I purchased a transmission from Giant Imports on October 10, 2025, and paid in full. I was told at the time of purchase that the transmission came with a 90-day warranty.<br>I picked up the transmission and had it installed within 30 days. When I had it programmed by a TCM specialist, I was informed the transmission had very high usage hours, even though Mike told me it was a low-mileage transmission. I accepted that and moved forward, but once I attempted to drive the vehicle, the transmission slipped immediately on takeoff.<br>I contacted Mike and was told to bring it back and they would get me another transmission ASAP. That was over 8 weeks ago, and I still have not received a replacement. Every time I call, I get the runaround—either they’re short staffed, the transmission is on the way, or they couldn’t get to it because of the holidays.<br>When I asked about a refund, I was told there are absolutely no refunds, and when I asked to speak to a manager or owner, I was told Mike is the only person in charge.<br>They should not advertise a warranty if they are unable to provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable timeframe. I recommend doing business elsewhere. If they provide a working transmission or resolve this fairly, I will consider updating my rating.

I bought a motor for my 2004 F 150 5.4L back in December, paid my Mechanic to install it, the motor was knocking!! Took the Truck back to Giants, they were going to see if they could fix the problem, they said it would cost took much to fix, they said they would find me another motor……now it’s February and they have still not found me a replacement motor….. I’ve asked them to refund my money so I can look for another motor myself……I have been patiently waiting on them but I’m starting to lose patience with them……. Hopefully they make things right.
