The pickup was the only issue we had. Was told would be picked up between 8 and noon. With a one hour call ahead. At 11:30 and no phone call we called to make sure it was still being picked up. They said they would find out and have to driver call me back immediately. After about 15 minutes and still no phone call, I called again. Then they said to stay on the line and they would call the driver. Came back to say the driver would be back at the yard in 15 minutes and we would be his next pickup. Then around 12:45 the driver called with his one hour call ahead. He said he would be there in an hour. I said well I guess that would have to work but was supposed to to have been picked almost an hour ago. He then said he could come and us be his next picked up (which is what we were told by dispatching). So he arrived within 15 minutes and all.<br><br>So pleasant experience except pickup<br>Thank you very much.
