I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received from Eddie, the tow truck driver who was sent by our insurance company to pick up my son's car. Eddie was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient from the moment he arrived. He handled everything with care and took the time to explain the process, which really helped ease what could have been a stressful situation. His calm, friendly attitude and clear communication made a big difference. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he's helping.
