Three gentlemen arrive at the door however they do not introduce themselves or anything I knew they were from Junk King because they called from the gate. So the picture on the website are false. They do not have a uniform indicating they work from Junk King.The 20-30 minute ahead call never happened. I showed them around and told them what needed to go. They look around and start by telling me they might not be able to take certain items, sofa and shelf. I told them from the beginning if you can't take it let me know now. My purpose for hiring them was to remove the large items I could not move myself. They tell me it will not fit in the elevator, I asked if they had measured it? I also told them those items were not assembled in the unit they were brought from the first floor up to the 5th floor. They then said yes they would take it. They quoted me price, I really had no other choice then to agree to it. In looking at the pricing calculator it looks like they over charged me. As they left I took a picture of the truck and it was 1/2 full and they charged me for more than that. I will give them credit that they came in a did what they were supposed to do, the way they priced did not appear to have any logic however, I needed to get it done. They are no less than their competitors so do not be fulled by the advertisement. I was charged more than the 3/4 full truck shows.

They were great. We had fencing, construction materials and years waste taking up our backyard. They gave us a great price and picked everything up in under an hour the same day of the quote. Would highly recommend.

Showed up before the 2 hours scheduled window time and didn't call ahead of arrival. Not that big of a deal but wasn't quite ready as I was out running an errand believing I had some time before they would arrive on site. Huge language barrier. Out of the two, only 1 was able to barely understand what I was asking/saying. Time far exceeded what was estimated. Was told they could have the first truck filled in about an hour which took over 3 hours instead. Which could very much be due to the little amount of equipment they had brought. Was told they would only need a little bit more in a second truck which they ended up filling completely so the price estimate was around 40% less what I ended up needing to pay. After all was said and done it took nearly 8 hours for them to finish the job and still left behind a lot of smaller bits of clutter and debris.
