I called to ask for pricing on a tow and the person who answered the phone was not helpful at all. He gave me a quote for one location, but when I asked how much it would be to take the car to another location a little farther away, his tone became rude and dismissive. He said he was busy and didn’t want to give another quote. I politely said thank you, and the call was ended in a way that made it very clear they were unwilling to help. Disappointing experience. Other workers there may give good service but I suggest that the person answering the phone learns how to respond to clients politely

I needed a last minute tow and Sly came out to help! He actually had to come out a second time because I did not have the vehicle working and in a location he could get to, but he was cool and came the next day and took care of it! Very reasonable rates! Will continue to use !
