The owner Carl can at times be crass, curt, and intense. But when you get past that veneer, you will see a man who has the love and respect of every single person around him. I can tell you how great their work is, or how amazing the secretary is, or any number of incredible things. What YOU should do is call them or stop on by and see why most of the employees have worked there over a decade, and why the rest of us won't let anyone else touch our cars.
