I loved the quick service. Yesterday I said to myself I should sell this car because we are not using it. Today it's sold and they came to me. My concierge Brandon was a very nice guy who led the whole process and I enjoyed talking with him. The whole time was quick and painless. I would definitely do it again if circumstances are the same.

The agent (Brandon) who handled the transaction was very courteous and professional. The process was simple and easy to understand and very efficient. My only complaint was that an item of damage on my vehicle that I reported through the online tool was not properly transcribed to the inspection report, so there was an additional deduction from my payment. The model does not allow for negotiation, which allows for the simplicity, but I felt that there should have been some compensation for this error. Otherwise a nice experience.
