Poor customer service, called over a week ago for a part, they confirmed they had it, took my payment, supposedly called me back and left a vm about it being damaged.... no missed calls in history log, and I dont have vm (so no messege couldnt be left as claimed) and they never sent the part, now my customers car sits because all this time because we were expecting a part to arrive that never shipped. When I called back today, lady was extremely short on the phone and rude.
