Person who answered the phone was very rude and seemed liked he was talking to the customer like he doesn't want his job. Called me incompetent because of the way he phrased the question. Then hung up on me . There should be a negative star review.

We own a very large tow truck company right here in the same city as these thieves we also have a very large mechanic shop. We just received one of the vehicles they towed with one of their snatch trucks. They destroyed the transmission I have sent all the documentations along with videos and pictures of the car to the Florida State Attorney General he told me that this company is already under investigation and he assured me they would be shut down within the next 30 days one thing about it. Our company has about 40 employees and our money is a lot longer than theirs. I make it my civil duty to make sure this company gets put out of business no matter if I have to spend my entire 37 years earnings cash in my 401K and sell everything I own my name

Google said 24 hours. Dispatcher just yelled at me and said "WE'RE CLOSED, STOP CALLING." Keep in mind I only called twice; and the first time it said "we're busy helping other callers." I called back 3 minutes later to see if I could get another agent. A simple "I apologize we're closed" would have been fine. But considering this is ft. Lauddy im not sure what else I should have expected.
