The process of selling my car that had engine damage was fairly easy. Online assessment not always accurate and your local Cash for Cars dealer may also change the offer, so you have to get through the whole process to get final price for your car. Agent Benjamin was very helpful and followed thru with me often. Scheduling the towing of my car was a little challenging but they eventually came, took the title and gave me a check for what was promised. I would recommend.

I enjoyed the process, although there were a few elements that could've played out better. For example, at least two different people told me they would call me right back and never did, so I would have to call back later that day or the next day. Also, I had to submit my photos three different times because they didn't go through for whatever reason.<br><br>Fortunately, I finally got ahold of Ava, who was a pleasure to work with and got things done. Process was super easy! I filled out the questionnaire and had my price within minutes. Considering the state the vehicle was in, my price was fair and more than expected. Scheduling for pick up was convenient and the driver showed up on time. He was friendly and quick! I handed over the title, got my check and then my van was hooked up and gone. Customer service in the office was helpful and courteous. I’d use again!
