Horrible experience. I went there a while back almost a year. Ago.<br>And I bought a standing column and a wiring harness. Well, I paid upfront, I was guaranteed that it'd be there on a certain day.. Well, it wasn't, I kept getting told the next day.The next day the next day. The next day near a g<br>Came. And then I called one time they said the guy was on vacation. Well, I took my post down a long time ago because the dude asked me to and I told him if you get my part right now, I will do it. Well, I went back the next time.Why I don't know just to get a tie rod. They told me it was there.They assured me it'd fit in my vehicle. And then when I got there, that act like they didn't have no clue. What I was talking about. They didn't even know if they had it.<br>So the guy showed me around.We finally found the car.I was looking for and both tie rods were pulled off. Man!! I dont know how this place is still up and running honestly. I was quite the first time and took my post down only to keep my word. They're not going to stop me this time. MAYBE IF EVERYONE WOULD QUITE BUYING FROM THESE GUYS THEM HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET SHUT DOWN AND THEN PPL WOULDNT GET RIPPED OFF ANYMORE. ESPECIALLY PEOPLE THAT'S ALREADY HAVING A HARD TIME..........

I've been repairing cars for over 10 years, and believe me when I say this business is the worst I've ever bought from. Here are the reasons:<br>1. They lie about the delivery time. They tell you it will arrive on a certain date, and then it takes a month to get it, if you're lucky.<br>2. You practically have to beg them to deliver the parts you've already paid for, since you'll have to go at least twice a week because they tell you to come back every two days for your parts, and they're never ready.<br>3. They try to give you parts from other cars, passing them off as the part you ordered. And of course, when you complain, all they do is treat you terribly and say that if you keep complaining, they'll have to kick you out.<br>4. They refuse to refund the missing parts.<br>Don't waste your time or money at this place.<br>I don't know who they're fooling by writing self-reviews with positive comments. Just read most of the comments to see what I'm talking about.

I have used Fetch for the past several months, rebuilding various eronious parts that have failed on my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan.<br><br>They have retrieved the parts needed, accepted some returns for credit, as is their policy, and have even left parts for me in non-conspicuous places when I couldn’t get to them before closing to pick up the part. Very kind and accommodating gentlemen.<br><br>I recommend this company.
