He went above and beyond kept every promise, sent me detailed pictures of my order, and even provided shipping photos to make sure I was updated every step of the way.<br><br>This was a remote transaction I’m located in Denver, Colorado, and Alfredo is in Dallas, Texas yet everything went smoothly and exactly as promised. Not good service.<br>I purchased a light to be shipped out of state and very specifically asked if I would be able to return for full refund if the light didn’t work for me which they agreed to.<br>I received the light which was modified, had only 2 instead of 3 plugs it should have, and didn’t work for my car even though it was exact match on OEM parts numbers. They took the light back and only refunded me $280 of the $410 I paid. Lost $130. I tried to explain how they agreed to refund full price but they said they were gonna charge restock fee and blamed me. Very dishonest and wrong when it wasn’t my fault and the light clearly had been modified. All I did was plug light in and immediately sent back undamaged. Below are pictures of the OEM parts numbers that all match mine and a<br>picture of the glue they used to “fix” the light. If you are thinking of ordering out of state not worth the risk with them.
