Only use Intermountain towing. Regardless of where I break down. It's woman owned and run, and these ladies are amazing at what they do. Love them, the whole family only use them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Professional phone manners, good communication about when they would arrive. Gentle treatment of my car to get it loaded. After we got to the service center they took extra time to teach me how to shift my car without any power and helped make sure everything was taken care of and locked correctly before they left. Truly above and beyond.

They were very prompt and service was great. Customer service (person answering phone) was very helpful. Customer service is clearly lacking since covid in most industries. Intermountain tow had HELPFUL people on the phone helping with all the details. They also gave me a very accurate quote on the phone prior to service.
