I hit a piece of construction debri on the 440 today and my roadside assistance told me it'd be 2 hours until they could come and help me. Since I wasn't in a very safe location, I decided that was too long and called Straight Away Towing to come and help me change out my tire. Alex showed up very quickly, and changed out my tire within 20 mins or so. He had to work in soft ground, as I was forced to pull over in some sand and mud, but he was able to work with it and get the job done. Thank you Alex for helping me out and saving my day. I really appreciate how fast and kind y'all were. Would recommend this service to anyone in the area, and I'd absolutely recommend Alex too!

Met the owner Johnathan a few years back just shooting the breeze at RDU waiting for a plane. Anyway he seemed like a really nice guy .. gave me his card and I’ve always kept it in my wallet just in case. Well needed some help when my tire blew up on the highway and didn’t have enough muscles to wrest free the lugnuts myself to change a tire. Cars were whizzing by and it really was a dangerous situation as part of my car was hanging out in the lane of traffic on interstate 40. I reached into my wallet and dusted off his business card and gave him a call. He instantly remembered talking to me, I told him my situation, and responded without hesitation that he’d be there personally in under 15 minutes. And so he was.. quite a feat during morning rush. Good thing he brought an impact gun as the lugnuts were nearly rusted tight on the wheel rim. Got my tire changed quickly and I was on my way. I’ve used towing and roadside services in the past but never had one respond so quickly and professionally as Johnathan from Straight Away Towing Service. Thanks so much!

Have been using AAA for over 30 years, but they severely dropped the ball when my Honda failed to turn over at work. Quoted me an additional $125 because it was "afterhours". Called Straight Away Towing and they were there in half the time and cost quoted by AAA. Plus the driver kept in contact with me right after the call was dispatched and showed up earlier than communicated.
