Saved me from having a panic attack on the side of the Winterplace mountain. My vehicle got stuck perpendicular as I was trying to back up to park. It Wouldn’t reverse and every effort to turn just kept sliding my truck forward.<br><br>I called panicked after a failed effort from my friends trying to push it out. Beverages towing picked up immediately, said to text him photo of the predicament, and he’d figure out what truck to send.<br><br>My friends were determined that with enough people they could push it out enough. I texted Beverages to ask his professional opinion- he offered to FaceTime me to walk me through the steps of operating the vehicle while my friends pushed. Gave me very detailed instructions (for free!!! Like, literally so nice!!!) and then texted me to follow up to also help with possible troubleshooting problems. Amazing customer service. Very appreciative of his help even though he didn’t need to send a tow. Based on customer service alone, the rest of the services must be stellar.
