They sit in the parking lot of closed businesses, watching for unsuspecting drivers, and then immediately boot vehicles — not to protect property, but to collect quick cash. There’s nothing ethical or community-minded about their practices; it’s opportunistic and profit-driven at the expense of hardworking people. I would strongly recommend avoiding any property or lot where they operate, and I hope property owners rethink partnering with a business that treats the public this way.

We pay him to watch our lot. He doesn’t ever come. We have people park all the time in our lot and nothing is ever done about it. Switching companies immediately. Do not hire this company!

Awful people and service, literally watched me leave the car and didn’t say anything and boots me after being gone 5 minutes. Also super weird they take a picture of my license and credit card, not a usual business practice from my understanding. Never use their business, they are a predatory company that provides no real value to anyone. Would rather let my car go to the impound than call these guys for any type of help.
