I ordered a 6-cylinder intake manifold for my 2010 Dodge Journey, but a representative named LUISA sent me a 4-cylinder intake manifold instead. I reached out multiple times, and she told me they couldn’t issue a refund but would provide store credit and a return label. It has now been 20 days, and I still haven’t received the return label. She is no longer responding to my emails or answering my calls. Very disappointed with this experience.

I had an awesome experience at Callahan Junk Yard. The staff was super friendly and helpful — they knew exactly where to point me for the parts I needed. Everything was well-organized, and their prices were way better than what I found elsewhere. They even helped me load up my stuff without me having to ask! The people were incredible, I needed a set of brakes and they lifted are car up on wheel/jacks to help me pull them off. The facility is really clean, and the people are nice. Prices were great! Way better than pick-n-pull in every way! I will definitely be returning in the future!
