On June 13, 2025, my son-in-law’s vehicle developed mechanical issues. I decided to call Ace Towing. Was the first time using their services. Rick ( I believe last name began with an L ) was wonderful! He showed up and had the vehicle on his truck within 30 minutes. We had it towed to South Bend from Laporte. When we arrived in South Bend, he went beyond expected by looking underneath the vehicle and suggested as to what he believed the problem was. Which we appreciated greatly. He was pleasant, knowledge and courteous. His demeanor and professionalism made a difficult night (having mechanical failure) feel less hectic. He took good care of my son-in-law’s vehicle answering questions that we had. I highly recommend Ace towing.
