Best in the Business!. Im beyond pleased from the office staff to final delivery, their on time service,respectful Clean driver, his attention to detail, ability to maneuver not only a long heavy wrecker but with a 300 inch wheelbase big sleeper truck out of a residential driveway and not destroy my Talledega fenders and light bar which are custom airbrushed. These guys are above top notch. Very highly recommended. This is the 2nd time ive used them. The bill has always been more than fair for the Service you recieve from Reichert-Knepp.......Thanks guys,Rich from ..Walkerton,Indiana

Edit, there service was done in summer, not winter like their reply claims. Showing they didn't read the whole thing. If you don't believe this review read their responses to other reviews. It will tell you all you need to know about their customer "service." Had my car towed. $150, not a bad price considering it was towed to the next town over. About average for this area. The 1 star is for the customer service. As soon as I called them to ask about towing, the woman on the line was immediately rude to me, interrupted me to put me on hold with a scoff so quickly that I thought she hung up on me. But my mechanic recommended them so I waited. She got back on the line, I tried to coversate with her, she just said, "what's your address and where's it going? Make and model? Color?" Cutting me off at every turn. Said someone would be there in an hour and THEN literally hung up on me without telling me the price of the tow. FOUR hours later someone shows up, drives in my neighbors yard, when his driveway was clear, locked my keys in my car after having them for 10 seconds, good thing I had spare. He didn't know the price of the tow either and just took my card. So I never knew until my statement came how much they charged me. I waited a little while and I am posting anonymously in case I am desperate and need to use them again but they will be my last choice.

We just had an awsome experience. We were traveling with our camper with my sister behind us with her camper. She had a blowout on the camper. Her roadside assistance refused so we found these guys on maps as the closest to us. I called and they had someone there very quick. The tech that came out was quick. Had tire changed in under 10 minutes. I would recommend this company for anyone near Plymouth.
