I called this towing company for a winch-out service and was given a price and an ETA of about 3 hours. After waiting nearly an hour, I called back with a simple follow-up question, only to be told by a female employee that they had no record of my call at all.<br><br>This is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I wasted almost an hour waiting for nothing, believing a truck was already on the way. I do not recommend contacting this company at all.<br><br>If the owner needs proof, I can provide call recordings.

I used my AAA membership for the first time last night and I was getting discouraged by there customer service but once Cody showed up with Routh Wrecker he went above and beyond any & all expectations! From his quick arrival to his professionalism & patience, I will recommend to anyone with the need!

John (who my boys called Mr. John) made a sad day of car trouble so.much better. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind and clear with expectations and timeframes. John came and helped us figure out is there was anything we could do to get our car fixed right there. He was extremely kind to my sons, as they walked him work and was generous with high fives as he left. We recommend this service to anyone on and around LRAFB and Little Rock.
