I ran out of gas in front of their shop. Busy road with wife and kids. I crossed street asked to buy a gallon of gas for $20 dollars. They would not help us . I was a tow truck operator for 5 years and loved helping people. You folks give first responders a bad name. Very sad, never seen so many tow trucks and employees unwilling to help a family in a dangerous spot. Shame on you all. Honestly. I helped many people in my time and for free sometimes!! Do better you could have cost a life. My son & I walked 30 minutes to the gas station in heat . I also have health issues. Please remember your first responders!! Act like it !!

⭐ One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had<br>College Oak Towing has absolutely terrible customer service, and I would strongly warn anyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. From the moment I contacted them, I was met with rudeness, disrespect, and an aggressive attitude that was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.<br>The staff seems to have zero interest in helping customers or explaining anything clearly. Instead of listening, they talk over you, rush you, and make you feel like you’re a burden for simply asking questions about your own vehicle and situation. Their communication is all over the place — unclear, dismissive, and inconsistent. It honestly feels like no one in the office is on the same page or properly trained.<br>What made the experience even worse was speaking with a supervisor. I thought that escalating the issue would lead to better communication or at least basic professionalism, but I was wrong. Even the supervisor was rude, short-tempered, and disrespectful. There was no effort to de-escalate the situation, no empathy, and no attempt to resolve anything calmly. If this is the example management sets, it explains why the rest of the staff behaves the same way.<br>I understand that towing is not an easy business and that dealing with customers can be frustrating, but that does NOT justify being rude, aggressive, or disrespectful. Customers are already stressed when dealing with towing situations, and this company makes it far worse. There is a huge difference between “doing your job” and treating people like they don’t matter — and College Oak Towing clearly does not value its customers.<br>The overall attitude feels outdated and hostile. Instead of professionalism, you get sarcasm, impatience, and condescension. Honestly, it feels like some of the staff should consider stepping aside and letting people with better communication skills and customer service awareness take over. A business cannot survive on arrogance and poor treatment alone.<br>If you’re looking for a towing company that treats you with respect, explains things clearly, and values customer service, this is not the place. Be aware of this company before you use them. There are far better options out there that actually care about customers and know how to communicate without being rude or aggressive.<br>I would never recommend College Oak Towing to anyone based on this experience.

I had to have my house towed, I am in crisis in every sense of the word, and Junior was so patient and professional, he reassured me, let me watch and explained what he was doing so I wouldn't worry. He was as fast as he could be to make sure I wasn't charged any more than necessary, and he didn't cut any corners on safety. Thank you Junior! (The folks on the phone were lovely too)
