Beyond impressive tow service!!! They communicated constantly with me before they got to my car. When they got there, the driver was excellent at explaining to us what he was going to do and why and asked if that plan was ok with us. We had him put the car in our garage and it was a tight fit so we were a little nervous but he did it PERFECTLY and made it look super easy! The driver ever showed us how things about the car we didn’t know and he was very informative! He went above and beyond to make sure he didn’t damage our car in anyway with what we were asking him to do. Very, very, very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone!

I had a great experience! My car broke down 3 1/2 hours away from where I lived and Sam’s was there to tow it all the back home. Shay picked my car up late after working all day and drove me and my car back which was way out of his way. He was a great guy and really made the drive enjoyable considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend Shay and Sams!

Very appreciative of this place! We were 3 hours away from home. Stranded. One dude took the job after already working 14 hours. I believe his name was gage? I may be wrong tho. He was great company and a very good tow driver. Feel very lucky to have been served by them!
